Hate to burst your bubble, but Haku is male.
Character was originally conceived to be female, but Kishimoto the author changed his mind at the last proverbial second and made him male.
Meanwhile one episode had already been made and voiced over, hence the further confusion with fans as to the what the gender is, seeing how it was broadcast without change. (Anyway, see the episode/chapter with Haku garbed in a dress, picking flowers and the talk with Naruto about someone precious and the reveal that he's male.)
And it's not that unusual for a female seiyuu to be voicing a male character. Bit dependent upon age of the char and whether or not they're going for the androgynous look. No different from the voice actor for Bart Simpson being a woman either.
